If an item is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately at spaadvisor@wellnessimage.com for return instructions, and we will replace the item at no charge to you. We do ask that you return the item(s) for inspection within 10 days of contacting us. Failure to return the damaged goods will result in automatic billing for the product to your credit card. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused and the carrier will charge you for the freight in both directions.
We do not accept returns under any other circumstances.
order cancellation
To cancel your order please contact us at spaadvisor@wellnessimage.com immediately as orders are usually shipped same day when placed by 3pm eastern standard time zone Monday through Friday. For orders processed and shipped we regretfully will have to deduct 20% restocking fee from your order. Please be sure to include your order number, full name, and product ordered and reason for return to ensure proper and timely cancellation and refund.
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt, however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement.
shipping policy
We ship our products using United Parcel Service. You can expect in stock items within 5 business days of processing the order. For equipment and furniture purchases we will ship via trucking or freight forwarder services.
**FLORIDA CUSTOMERS ONLY:
For our Florida customers, IN STOCK orders placed by 3pm for in-stock items will receive the order next day at ground shipping costs.
For emergency orders only, we can sometimes accommodate drop-off or customer pick-up options on a case by case situation. Please contact your Spa Advisor direct for availability.
